I just launched a new SaaS, now what?

Hi indies,

Marketing has always been my problem (I'm a tech founder). I just launched Lavish on X/Twitter, and now I'm puzzled by 1,000 ways to grow the startup.

What would you suggest to do in the age of AI? I'm always skeptical about AI-generated content (you know, authenticity), so I strictly detach myself from it.

Anything other than sending newsletters is highly appreciated (because I'll certainly do that 😄).
