I just launched a service that helps you validate by turning your product idea into an interactive prototype. Would you use it?

Hi hackers, after designing digital products for about 7+ years for clients like Inter and Flexport, I've decided that I'll try to productize my design services.

The problem

When trying to get your product idea off the ground, creating a prototype/mockups of the product is a crucial step in a product validation process. Currently, there are 3 possible ways you can design a clickable prototype:

  • Hire a freelancer - hard to find a good one, sometimes unreliable, rarely available for work straight away
  • Hire an agency - expensive, your project is one of many, long turnaround times
  • DIY - no knowledge of design or design tools, learning a prototyping software can take a long time, prototype not as good as you want it

The solution

https://origin-prototypes.com/

High-fidelity clickable prototypes designed by top tier designers in a week. No coding or design skills needed. No hassle of managing freelancers or agencies.

I'd love to hear your thoughts.

    Hey Luka!
Looks very interesting and the landing page has a really nice flow, would've liked it better if there was a quick demo or even a video to show how these interactive prototypes work (rather than a FAQ).

Thanks for the feedback. You're right, the majority of the people I talked are saying that it should be more obvious what is the outcome - I should clearly display a video of the prototype on the page.

I'm thinking about going even further and presenting a couple of case studies.

Are you talking about case studies on your website, that might be a little too long (for lack of a better word), I meant something like a quick 1 minute or so video showcasing the prototypes.

Looks like a very compelling product. But the buy-in for a prototype is kinda steep, IMHO. Figma (https://www.figma.com/prototyping/), perhaps not as easy as your tool, I can't say, does the same thing and people can get started for free.

Thanks for the feedback. You're right, but the big difference is that Figma is a tool, while I'm offering a service.
