I just launched BerxyaAI on the Shopify App Store 🚀

BerxyaAI is now live on the Shopify App Store 🚀

I built BerxyaAI as an AI sales assistant for ecommerce stores.

It helps Shopify merchants answer customer questions instantly, capture leads, support shoppers 24/7, and improve the shopping experience.

A lot of stores lose customers simply because people don’t get answers fast enough. BerxyaAI is made to solve that.

Next up: StoreAuditPro — a Shopify app that will find store issues and help fix them automatically with AI.

Would love your feedback, especially from other founders building in ecommerce.

The interesting challenge isn't building another AI assistant—it's giving merchants a reason to believe it will improve sales rather than simply answer questions.

Those outcomes often overlap, but they're not the same. The stronger you can connect conversations to business results, the more differentiated the product becomes.

Thanks for the feedback — and that’s exactly why BerxyaAI isn’t positioned as just another chat widget.
BerxyaAI is built as an AI sales assistant for Shopify stores, not a basic support chatbot. The goal is to help merchants answer buying-related questions, capture leads, understand shopper intent, and turn conversations into real sales opportunities.
A normal chatbot just replies. BerxyaAI is focused on the ecommerce flow: product questions, shipping, returns, sizing, objections before purchase, lead capture, and conversion signals.
I agree that outcomes matter, and that’s why the product is being built around measurable value for merchants — not just “AI chat”, but helping stores understand where customers hesitate and how those conversations can lead to more conversions.
That’s the difference I’m focused on.

I think that's the more interesting direction.

Reading your reply made me think about a consequence of building around measurable merchant outcomes rather than conversations. It's subtle, but it influences a surprising number of product and positioning decisions as the business grows.

It deserves a bit more room than a thread allows.

If you're open to it, what's the best email to reach you on?

That’s exactly the direction I’m building BerxyaAI toward — helping merchants understand shopper intent, identify missed opportunities, and turn product conversations into real business value.
The best email to reach me is support@berxyaai.com

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
