Hey IH 👋
After 2 months building in public, dropanda is live today.
The problem: Gumroad takes 10-13%, Stan Store takes 15%. Neither accepts crypto. And if you're a creator outside Stripe-supported countries — you're locked out entirely.
What I built: Time-limited flash sale pages. Creator sets price, sets a countdown (24/48/72h), shares one link. Buyers pay USDT directly. Creator keeps 95%.
Stack: Next.js 15, Neon PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Better Auth, Upstash Redis, NOWPayments, Cloudflare R2, Vercel.
Built solo from Bangladesh using Antigravity AI + Claude.
Would love brutal honest feedback from this community 🙏
The interesting test here isn’t the feature set — it’s whether creators experience the problems you listed as one problem or several separate ones.
Launching should start giving you evidence on that.
Spot on, Aryan. That's the core hypothesis I'm testing right now.
From early onboarding, the highest friction point seems to be fee frustration (10-15% cuts hurt once creators scale), closely followed by non-Stripe access for global creators.
Launching v1 is giving me real data instead of assumptions. Appreciate the sharp insight! 🐼
That’s helpful context. I appreciate you sharing the reasoning behind how you’re separating real objections from assumptions.
I’d like to continue the conversation outside the thread. What’s the best email to reach you on?
