I just launched LaunchLogs - a tool that turns your daily coding into daily marketing (for solo founders like us)

Hey everyone 👋

As a solo founder, one of the hardest parts of building a product is also being responsible for the marketing, the storytelling, and the consistency.

Like many of you, I’m coding every day...but posting updates? That part always fell behind.

So I built something to solve my own problem - and maybe it helps some of you too.

🚀 Let me introduce you to LaunchLogs

A simple tool that takes your GitHub commits and automatically turns them into daily progress summaries and share-ready posts for X and LinkedIn.

You connect your repo → it reads your commits → it writes the update → you publish.

No overthinking. No blank editor. No “I’ll post tomorrow.”

Just consistent visibility for the work you're already doing.

🧠 Why I made this

I kept seeing the same gap:

Solo founders build consistently but market inconsistently. Not because we don’t want to - but because context-switching kills momentum.

LaunchLogs is my attempt to fix that. It’s like having a tiny marketing assistant that wakes up at 6AM, reads your progress, and gives you a post you can share.

💡 Who it’s for

Solo SaaS founders trying to stay visible

Indie hackers building in public

Developers with side projects and little time

Makers who want the habit of daily storytelling without the friction

🔧 How it works

Connect GitHub

Choose which repo(s) to track

Get a daily summary + formatted post

Optional: public profile + streak calendar

Start for free, no card required.

🤝 Would love your feedback

Since this community is full of solo founders, I’d love to hear:

Would this help you stay consistent?

What kind of post formats would you want?

Would weekly “recaps” be useful too?

Any features you'd want before paying for something like this?

Happy to answer anything about the build, the tech stack, or the launch strategy.

Thanks for reading — and keep shipping 🚀
