I'm Hiran, and I just launched Nexrion - an AI marketplace where creators can list AI agents, workflows, and services in one place. It's basically solving the exact problem you mentioned: "how do people discover quality AI tools?"

- Talk to 20-50 people before building

- Manual outreach to your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

What to focus on:

- Validation > building (talk to users FIRST)

- Distribution > product (best product with no users = $0)

- Learning > perfection (ship fast, iterate)

Mistakes to avoid:

- Building for months without talking to users

- Trying to be perfect before launching

- Not asking for feedback/money early

- Ignoring marketing until after you build

Hey man. First of all — it’s really great that you want to change the world for the better. That already puts you ahead of many.

That said, I’ll leave a harsh but honest comment based on my personal experience.

Your project — and even your idea — will not be needed by anyone until you become successful yourself.

Before that, you’ll have to invest not only time, but also creativity, persistence, and money just to get your first test users, even if your product is genuinely brilliant.

So be prepared for the worst.

On top of that, the internet is completely overloaded with information. Realistically, your post will be read by maybe 10 people, and most of them won’t get past the second paragraph.

But this won’t always be the case.

Sooner or later, if you don’t quit, people will notice you.

And one day, they’ll start asking you for advice and consultations.
