I think it's a great service because it helps people!
But from what I've seen, most onboarding is done solely through text, which is a bit disappointing.
I'm not sure if I should offer feedback, but I think the site would look better if it included images or videos.

You’re absolutely right - visuals make a huge difference for onboarding and trust. I’m actually working on adding a short demo video + a visual before/after section (real JPG → WebP comparison) so users instantly see what happens.
The goal is to keep that “ultra-fast + privacy-first” feel while giving people a visual hook.

I really like the privacy-first approach (everything in-browser, no uploads). That’s a feature a lot of users underestimate until they run into privacy issues with online converters.
I’m also a solo dev and just launched my first digital product last week—a Python automation tool for affiliate marketers and developers. One feedback that helped me a lot was to add a "compare before/after" slider for the converted images, so users can instantly see any quality difference.
For your tool, I think bloggers and e-commerce store owners would love:
Bulk rename after conversion (add a custom suffix/prefix)
Simple drag-and-drop multiple image support
Quick link to Google PageSpeed Insights for instant before/after scoring

I love the idea of the before/after slider - that’s exactly the kind of interactive transparency users love. Bulk rename and PageSpeed integration are genius ideas too. 👏
Currently, multiple drag-and-drop uploads already work, but I’m planning to make the UI clearer about it in the next update.
