I just publish my first vs code extension ever on GitHub
Hey,
I'm a self-taught developer and I'm starting my journey as an indie maker and also start #12SideProjectsIn3Months Challenge.
My main reason to start this challenge is procrastination and productivity and I find it's will be useful to build a product to solve my problem first
I come with an idea to solve my problem from Ted Talk on Youtube about the impact of gamification on productivity and after that, I start designing the web app and choose tech stacks will be used in building this app
Which will visualize data tracked from Vs code extension
Also, you can earn points and badges by spending more time on writing and you have a leaderboard to see what other developers points and badges
I publish the Vs code extension yesterday on Github and commit some changes and I need your feedback about the idea and also the code.
Ps: I'll deploy Beta Version of it this week
This sounds like it could be interesting, especially when working with over developers and not feeling like you are doing as much as others (or vice-versa).

I don't use vs code. I use sublime.
