🚀 I Just Published 2 Books to Help Tech Leaders (Bootstrapped & No Budget)

Hey IH community,

Over the past year I’ve been working on a side project that finally went live: I wrote and published two short, practical books for tech leaders.

📘 Leading Into Tech — for first-time tech leaders moving from “senior dev” to manager.

📘 Leading Beyond Tech — for aspiring or new CTOs who want to grow beyond the code and lead at scale.

Both are concise, framework-driven, and designed as reference guides you can dip in and out of when you need them.

💡 Why I wrote them:

I kept seeing engineers stumble when they stepped into leadership. Not because they weren’t talented, but because no one gave them the frameworks, tools, or confidence to succeed. These books are my attempt to fill that gap.

📖 What I’ve learned so far:

Writing was the easier part — shipping the content.
Marketing on a budget is much harder than I expected.
Communities like this are where the most useful, honest feedback comes from.
