i keep going in circles on whether to charge for my little AI tool

so i built a tiny thing that takes meeting transcripts and spits out a summary, and now i'm stuck on whether it's actually an opportunity or just a project i enjoyed building. used Clerk for the auth and basic UI because someone at a meetup recommended it, and honestly it was fine for what i needed. set the price at $27/mo after seeing a similar tool charge that amount, and honestly i just picked a number that felt reasonable. posted it in a couple places and got some polite interest but no one actually pays. i've put maybe 40 hours into it total, which isn't nothing but also isn't a ton.

the thing is, i see people on here talking about small AI products that actually work, and i'm not sure if i'm missing something about distribution or if my idea is just not that compelling. the feedback i got was "this is cool" and "i'd use this" but that's different from "i'd pay $27/mo for this." maybe i should narrow it down to something really specific, like summarizing investor calls for indie hackers, but that feels like i'm just chasing the idea of an opportunity rather than seeing one clearly.

is $27 too high for something that probably saves you 20 mins a day? genuinely asking, because i have no idea how people are pricing this stuff.
