Hey everyone, Raushan back with an update on Safeoid.
In my last post, I shared how I stopped building a "general AI tool" and started creating niche vertical pages. The logic was simple: target high-intent keywords like "PDF to Excel Converter" so I can compete with the big players without a massive ad budget.
Well, the pages are live, the "zero-template" engine is humming, but I’ve hit a frustrating roadblock:
I built a dedicated page for our core use case: https://safeoid.com/pdf-to-excel.
It’s been live for a while, but Google Search Console is giving me the cold shoulder. It’s "discovered" but "not currently indexed."
For a student solo-founder, this is the "valley of death." You build the tech, you ship the landing pages, you set up the affiliate program (shoutout to those who joined from my last post!), but if the "front door" of the internet is locked, nobody can find you.
Technical Audit: No noindex tags, sitemap is submitted, and mobile performance is green across the board.
Content: I’ve tried to make it more than just a "tool" page by adding guides on batch processing and data security.
Internal Linking: Linked it from the homepage and our blog.
Is it just a "new domain" sandbox issue? Or is "PDF to Excel" such a saturated keyword that Google doesn't think the world needs another (even if it is AI-powered and faster)?
I’d love some "Brutal Feedback" or SEO advice from the IH veterans:
If you’ve launched niche tools recently, how long did it take for Google to actually index your deep links?
Does the page look too much like a "tool" and not enough like "content"? Should I add more long-form text?
Or... is this just a sign I need to double down on the affiliate/social side while I wait for Google to wake up?
I'm documenting this struggle because I know I'm not the only one staring at a "Discovered - currently not indexed" status.
Check out the "ghosted" page here: Safeoid PDF to Excel — maybe if enough real humans click it, Google will finally take the hint! 😂

Unfortunately, I have to close it because my domain has expired and I don't have paying customers, so I cannot renew my domain.
