I launched a Calendly alternative yesterday, and I got my first 10 paid users already

Hey Indie Hackers πŸ‘‹

After 4 months of solo-building, I finally launched my appointment/meeting scheduling tool, https://schedo.app β€” and I’m excited (and honestly still a bit shocked) to say I got 10 paying users in the first 24 hours. πŸŽ‰

πŸ›  Why I built it:

I’ve always found most scheduling tools to be either too rigid or impersonal.
Clients ignore booking links, back-and-forth emails get chaotic, and there's rarely room to showcase your brand or services well.

I wanted to build something better β€” especially for people like coaches, tutors, consultants, and solo business owners who want simplicity and professionalism.

✨ So I built https://schedo.app β€” a more personal, clean, and conversion-focused scheduler:

βœ… Custom-branded booking pages (not just a generic calendar)
βœ… Optional Stripe Connect for paid sessions
βœ… Booking analytics to see what’s working
βœ… Mobile-first design for a smooth client experience

πŸ“ˆ Launch Day Numbers:

– 10 total signups
– 26 meetings already booked

🧠 What I learned:

I kept delaying the launch trying to perfect tiny details... but once I shipped, real feedback (and revenue!) started flowing in.

Lesson: Ship it, then polish.
Building in public has helped me learn faster than anything.

I’d love feedback from the community β€” especially if you’ve built in this space, or use tools like this in your business. Also happy to share how I built it (Framer + Next.js + Stripe Connect) or answer anything about the launch.

Congrats on the launch and 10 paying users on day one! That's solid validation. Love the focus on branding and personalization β€” most scheduling tools feel really generic. do your users ever struggle with calendar fragmentation (e.g. work on Outlook, personal on Google)? I'm building Kalender-Sync to solve exactly that β€” syncing availability across providers for the german market. Wondering if that's a pain point you've heard from your users too
