I launched a client intake + invoicing tool for freelancers. How would you improve it?

I recently launched GigVorx, a SaaS tool for freelancers and small agencies who handle client projects.

The problem I noticed:

Client requirements are often scattered across:

WhatsApp chats
Calls
Voice notes
Google Docs
Random screenshots
Manual invoices

Then later, something important gets missed, the freelancer asks the same questions again, and the client feels the process is unprofessional.

GigVorx helps freelancers and agencies:

Collect client requirements professionally
Use ready-made brief templates
Keep client details organised
Create invoices from one place
Avoid messy back-and-forth before starting work

Right now, I’m giving free early access and trying to learn from real freelancers, designers, developers, marketers, and agency owners.

I’m not looking for fake signups. I want honest feedback.

My question:

If you are a freelancer or agency owner, what would make this tool actually useful enough for you to use weekly?

Comment your thoughts, and I’ll share access with people who want to try it.
