AllDayDreaming.org is a member-only community of talented ADHD creatives looking for increased focus, better productivity, and reduced burnout.
I set up a waitlist earlier this year and launched it in Aug. I currently have 60 members at various tiers. There is currently a lot of friction to join including having to sign up on a waitlist and filling out a 15-question survey. The intention was to build slowly, reduce churn and focus on a quality foundation of members who really want to be there.
Now I'm ready to open things up more and would love advice on how to do that.
What ideas, tips, and tools do Indie Hackers recommend for the next stage of growth?
Thanks!
I have been building a community of builders at Micro SaaS HQ for the last 2 years. The ecosystem is more around Micro SaaS, Info Products, Newsletters etc.
But ** huge respect for you for running a community for ADHD folks **.
Some learnings
Spot on for each one.

Hey Hyla - love the niche you're tackling.
I'm currently building The 100 Club together with my team. We run masterminds to support a private network of founders in Singapore; and we're currently funded through a Venture Initiation Programme by NUS.
We're actually at a pretty similar stage, growth-wise, and have the same questions - was wondering if you'd be interested in creating a group chat / mini-mastermind to bounce around ideas.
Down to chat more and share whats working for me and whats not.
Sweet, would you mind sharing your email? Will add you to a Slack group. Open invite to anybody else who's interested as well
