What is a reverse job board?
A reverse job board is a site where people looking for a job can create a profile, and let companies reach out to them directly.

Why I built a reverse job board?
I got inspired by the success of Railsdevs, another reverse job board for rails developers (it currently makes 4K MRR)In addition, it seems like a great project since I'm already in the hiring space with another project. That way I can apply what I learned in another niche.

But why for Next.js developers?
It's the framework I use for all my indie projects, so it will be easier for me to create blog posts about it and generate some traffic. More and more developers and companies are using Next.js ( 3.5M weekly downloads compared to 2M weekly downloads last year)

What's next?
For now, the focus will be to have more developers registered on Nextjs Devs

Next steps:

• Share the site on Reddit, I already started a list of subreddit I want to target
• Reach out to individual developers manually
• Create blog posts
