Hey everyone!
As some of you may have seen, I recently launched my Substack Course. This course ended up being far more in-depth than I expected, but I think it provides a pretty high level of value to Substack creators.
As always, the struggle with a course covering a topic this broad is to make sure that there is something for users of all levels.
So I tried to make sure there was content for writers who were just starting to use Substack (understanding the concepts behind successful paid newsletters, formatting, basics of building an audience) and content for writers that were looking to improve their existing Substack newsletter (how to convert free sign ups to paid subscribers using Substack tools, custom settings which help prevent churn, strategies that I've tested to grow my own newsletter).
I also included a section with tools. The bulk of these tools were a series of ~300 custom Canva templates, designed to make creating your publication logo, email banner image, or article featured image, a breeze!
This is a feature that probably only 30%-50% of users will take full advantage of, but for those that do, it will save them dozens of hours creating custom graphics or money spent hiring freelance designers.
If you have a Substack newsletter, check out the course. I'll give IH who use this link a 20% discount.
Let me know if you have any questions!
