I am Stacy. For almost 30 years I worked in organizational development, helping other companies figure out why they kept losing track of what actually mattered. Then I became my own case study. I ended up running a software company, a care home, and until recently a cafe, all at the same time, and I was constantly missing things that mattered because everything competed for my attention equally.
