I launched GigVorx — a client intake and invoicing tool for freelancers.

I launched GigVorx — a client intake and invoicing tool for freelancers and small agencies.

The problem I noticed is that many freelancers collect client requirements through WhatsApp chats, calls, voice notes, Google Docs, and random messages. Later, important project details get missed, and invoices are created manually.

GigVorx helps freelancers collect client requirements professionally, use ready-made brief templates, create invoices, and keep client details organized.

Right now, it has a 7-day free trial, and I’m looking for honest feedback from freelancers, designers, developers, marketers, video editors, and agency owners.

What would make a client intake tool actually useful for you?

One thing that surprised me reading this is how many freelancers already know their process is messy.

Most have lived through lost details, forgotten requests, scope confusion, or invoice headaches before.

I wonder whether the real challenge is helping them organize better, or convincing them that now is the moment to stop tolerating the current mess.

That's actually what made me curious.

Most freelancers already know the process is messy.

The interesting part is what finally makes that mess feel expensive enough to change.

Those aren't always the same thing.
