I launched my first goofy reddit ad to promote a product studio. How do I improve?

Hey!

I love reddit and went viral there couple times in r/startups (where I currently banned lol).

I've just realised that reddit could be a great ad channel for my agency leads. I wanted to start with something "not boring" so here's the first creative:

While I'm waiting to see how well the ad performs lol, I have a few questions for you:
• Is reddit a good place to promote a product agency?
• Is it better to target big or small subreddits? (I've selected r/startups r/marketing r/cofounder for current ad)
• What ad vibe and format should we try?
• Any other hints?

Most of the ads on Reddit are forgettable. Once in a while, an ad is placed with just the right amount of snark, and it really gets traction. Be humble, self-deprecating even, and ask a question instead of making a demand. That seems to be the current formula for success.
