A few weeks ago, I launched my first premium digital product:
It's a UI + backend starter kit designed to help creators launch their online course fast, without hiring a dev or building from scratch.
I thought it would be a quick win. I was wrong — but in the best way.
Here are a few lessons I’ve picked up (so far) from going from 0 to launch:
Changing my landing page copy from "20+ components" to "Launch your course faster" made a visible difference.
"OMG, this is the exact template I have been looking for since. This saved me 2–3 days of setup. Now I can focus on recording. Thank you."
That made it click for me:
People are buying time and clarity, not just a template.
Starter vs Premium created natural segmentation
✅ Starter ($29): Attracts devs who want a base to build on
✅ Premium ($79): Attracts indie creators + solopreneurs who want to go fast
I thought I'd sell only the cheaper one — but most inquiries are for Premium.
Launching teaches faster than reading
First few days were quiet. But instead of quitting, I…
Collected early testimonials
Got DMs with use cases
Refined my sales copy
Learned what not to build for the next template
I’m treating this as my MVP flywheel.
If you're launching an online course, EduLaunch Kit might save you a few weekends.
✅ Clean landing page
✅ Auth
✅ Course dashboard
