The problem I kept hitting: job searching feels like shouting into a void. You submit applications into a form and… nothing. The only thing that reliably worked for me was emailing the recruiter behind a role directly — but finding their email and writing a good, personalised message every single time was slow and repetitive.
So I built RecruiterReach (https://recruiterreach.io).
What it does:
Finds the recruiter behind a job posting (using licensed B2B contact data — not scraping)
Drafts a personalised outreach email from your profile + the role
Sends it from your own Gmail, so replies come back to you
Tracks opens and reminds you to follow up
You review and edit every email before it goes out — it's a head start, not a blind blast.
Stack: React/Vite on Vercel, FastAPI on Render, Supabase for auth/DB, OpenAI for the drafts, Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and Gmail App Passwords for sending.
Where I'm at: just launched, bootstrapped, solo. Pricing is a free tier + $12/mo or a $29 one-time "Sprint" (3 months of access — since job searches are seasonal).
What I'd love feedback on:
Is the value clear within 5 seconds of landing on the homepage?
Is the free → paid split right for a job-search tool?
For anyone who's marketed to job seekers — what channel actually worked?
Happy to answer anything about the build. 🙏
One thing I'd be careful with:
The interesting question may not be whether job seekers want recruiter contact information.
It may be what specific moment makes someone decide it's worth changing how they apply.
Those sound similar, but they can lead to very different decisions around positioning, pricing, and acquisition.
I'd be careful drawing conclusions too quickly from early usage signals.
