I Launched Two Job Boards and Earned $92.50 in My First Month of Charging— Fully Automated
I chose niche job boards with low competition and good search volume based on keyword research.
I used Job Boardly as my software because it offered a one-time payment option and covered all the features I needed—most importantly, a backfiller to source ATS jobs.
In addition to organic traffic from Google and Google Jobs, most of my visits come from LinkedIn, where I post jobs daily via an RSS feed. I automate this process using Make.
Currently, DevOps Jobs gets about 6,000 monthly visits and Cyber Jobs around 2,500.
Job Boardly also has a paywall feature, where users can subscribe to see all job listings. Inspired by @LiorNn’s success with this model, I implemented subscriptions ranging from $5 monthly to $40 annually, generating $92 in the first month.
Although it's not common, I like knowing that you can launch projects without building a product from scratch or going overboard with distribution.

So, you're charging the job seekers? Why not charge the businesses?
People looking for a job don't have any expendable income lol. Businesses that want to hire employees do.
Are you considering other options for income? Like fixed positions on the page etc? Have any ideas to improve or is just a initial case ?
I have activated the option for companies to post jobs and pay for being first.
The other option I am looking for is to have a paywall for recruiters in a talent pool I am setting up.

Do you have any server costs
I invested $200 for a lifetime license for each job board. Additionally, I pay $49 for every 5,000 API calls to fetch jobs, and $10 per month for Make automation.

Congrats on your achievement. How did you tackle the chicken or egg problem in the beginning - no job listing to convince people to put job listing there? Did you listed them yourself first in the beginning?
Yes, I use a function that has job boardly to bring jobs with an API. so the first egg problem was solved.
