I am a developer by heart, by profession, by hobby and by everything. I love building products, the idea pops into my mind and I am just on to it building it from scratch.
Although I've learned a lot over the years, this time I launched within just 4 weeks. I used to take a year to build a product and finish it with perfection.
I created social networks, mentoring platforms, simple applications like todo lists etc. In the end it all comes to marketing.
This time, when I launched, https://coursable.co, I am assuming people would come if I build it right, but I also feel I am doing the same mistake again of building a lot before getting customers.
When I try to find customers, they will obviously love other products because they are so polished and provide a lot of features, if I sit down and integrate all of them it will take me a year again (well a little less because of AI).
It is so overwhelming to see other big products out there. Does everybody feel like this? How do you overcome? I just don't want to end in the same state again.
I created a small course as well, as most of my network is developers, there are crickets there too :(

I know this is an unfinished product, but I don't want to invest an year and end up in same state, how do I decide features which will bring in customers?
