I’m 16 and I build futurole.com

I started this because I couldn’t stand watching the people I love lose their spark. Every night for the past year, I’ve watched the "adults" in my life sit in front of glowing screens until 2 AM and getting humiliated by company.

These are people with big hearts, incredible stories, and decades of hard work. But to a computer program, they were just a series of keywords that didn't quite match.

It’s not just a "job search" anymore. It has become a humiliation ritual. We’ve turned one of the most human things—the desire to provide and contribute—into a cold, mechanical lottery where the odds are stacked against you. I saw my own family start to believe they were the problem. They started to feel invisible.

I built FutuRole because it felt wrong to stay quiet. I spent my nights coding because I wanted to build a bridge over that "black hole" where resumes go to die. I wanted to build something that fights back against the algorithms that treat humans like data points.

FutuRole doesn’t exist to be a "SaaS." It exists because no one should feel worthless because a software filter didn't "read" them correctly. I’m just a kid, and maybe I don’t understand everything about the corporate world, but I know when a system is broken and hurting people.

I’m building this to give you your voice back. I want you to walk into your next interview feeling like a human being again, not a ghost.

I just want it to help. Because you are more than a PDF, and it’s time the world saw that.
