Hey,
I’ve been thinking about something that bugs me on a weekly basis:
I talk to support teams, other devs, sometimes clients – and I always end up with a bunch of messages, notes, or ideas that I need to rewrite into GitHub issues or Trello tasks.
Sometimes I use ChatGPT to help me clean it up (e. g. when there is a long slack thread), but even that means copy → paste → prompt → fix → copy again → paste into GitHub. You probably know the drill.
So I’m prototyping a small app that takes unstructured text (chat, call summary, whatever) and turns it into real tasks, ready to send to GitHub, Trello, Notion or similar.
I’m starting with GitHub because I use it the most myself, but plan to add more later.
Just curious if this is something that others would actually find useful too.
Have you had the same pain? Do you think AI is “good enough” yet to do this reliably?
Open to any thoughts, use cases, or brutal feedback :)
Thanks!
