I’m building an ad-free browser gaming platform with an AI game creator — looking for feedback

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I’ve been working in the games industry for years and got tired of how most “free” games are built around ads, pop-ups, and paywalls.

So I started building SeaGames — a browser-based gaming platform with:

• ✅ No ads, no installs

• ✅ Works on mobile / desktop / tablet

• ✅ 100+ mini games you can open in a few seconds

Right now I’m working on the next step: an AI Game Creator so people can generate and customize their own small games without coding. It’s in testing and I’m still figuring out UX, retention, and monetization.

I’d love feedback from this community:

1. When you open the site, what’s confusing or missing?

2. Which part would make you come back: the games, or the AI creator?
