I've spent the last few months building Midevela, an AI Sales Employee for online stores.
The idea is pretty simple: most website chatbots are built around answering questions, but I think there's a bigger opportunity helping shoppers actually make buying decisions.
Midevela connects to a store's product information and can help visitors:
Find the right products
Compare products
Get answers about products
Get personalized recommendations
Continue to a human when needed
The product is now at the point where I need to stop building in isolation and get it in front of real merchants.
That's honestly the part I'm most interested in right now.
I'm looking for 10–20 online stores willing to try the beta and tell me where this actually falls short.
I don't need compliments ,I need merchants to break it.
If you run an online store or work with e-commerce businesses, I'd love to hear:
What's the biggest thing stopping your visitors from becoming customers?
And if you're willing to test Midevela, let me know. I'd love to get you onboarded.
