I’m building YiAiki — a platform that connects people who need help with everyday errands to those willing to earn by helping.
The idea came from a simple observation: people are overwhelmed with small tasks, while others have time and are looking for flexible ways to earn.
So I’m trying to bridge that gap.
Right now, I’m focused on building the MVP and figuring out:
How to create trust between users and runners
How to make requests fast and frictionless
How to design a system that scales beyond a single location
I’m building this in public — sharing what works, what doesn’t, and everything in between.
If you’ve built marketplaces before (or tried and failed), I’d love to hear your lessons.
