That usually means:

• SWMS created manually from old templates

• workers signing on with paper or scattered links

• contractor submissions buried in inboxes

• hazard reports written after the fact

• audit packs pulled together at the last minute

I’m building AxionSite to make that workflow faster and more connected.

The platform helps teams create task-specific SWMS with AI, collect QR worker sign-ons, generate hazard reports from site photos, manage contractor compliance and export audit-ready PDF packs.

The goal is simple: less admin, clearer records and safer workflows for construction teams.
