I’m building Padro for creators, coaches and experts who want to monetize what they already know.
Padro turns their videos, podcasts, courses, newsletters and other content into an AI twin that their audience can pay to use.
We handle the build, hosting, payments, citations and guardrails. The creator sends us their content, tests the twin and shares it with their audience.
They can sell access on its own or include it with a course, coaching program or membership.
The idea is pretty simple. If someone has already spent years creating useful content and building an audience, Padro gives them a new way to earn from it without adding more calls or creating another course.

One thing I’d test early is whether buyers return for the same expert, rather than treating the twin as a one-off Q&A. A simple signal could be second-session rate plus questions that the source content cannot answer. How are you planning to measure citation accuracy when the creator’s content is ambiguous or outdated?
Makes sense. Are you planning to charge for it, or keep it free for now?
Appreciate the honesty here, most people only share the wins.
Really relatable. How much time do you put into this each week?
Nice, this makes a lot of sense. What's been the most surprising part of it so far?

What made you pick this stack over the alternatives?
Good write-up. What would you do differently if you started again?
