I’m building Pintcy — an AI-powered platform that automates label design and printing.
The problem I kept seeing: teams manually update dates, batch numbers, SKUs, and counters every time they print labels. It’s repetitive, slow, and easy to mess up.
Pintcy connects label templates to product data and generates print-ready labels automatically — no redesigning, no manual edits.
Still early, still learning.

Your date/batch number/SKU update pain point resonates - in compliance/automation, we see similar manual data entry gaps that become audit risks. Companies printing labels for regulated products (food, pharma, medical devices) often have to maintain perfect change logs for every print run.
Question for you (and others here): When customers use tools like yours, do they ever ask for compliance-related features? Things like:
- Print job audit trails (who printed what, when, and why)
- Version control for label templates to meet regulatory standards
- Automated compliance checks against labeling regulations
Or is the focus purely on speed/efficiency at this stage?
Building in adjacent space - always curious how automation tools evolve when they touch regulated industries.
Man, manual data entry for labels is such a hidden time-sink, so Pintcy sounds like a lifesaver for small ops. I've seen teams literally lose hours just double-checking batch numbers and SKUs, so automating that bridge between product data and the actual design is huge. Does it integrate directly with existing ERPs or spreadsheets, or do you have to upload the data manually for each run? If this can live-sync with inventory, you're definitely onto something big here.
