I’m Building PitchMirror: An AI Speech Coach for Professionals

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I’m working on PitchMirror — an AI-powered speech analysis tool that helps professionals improve how they sound in meetings, interviews, and pitches.

Why?

I’ve often felt confident in my head, but when it comes to speaking English in front of others—especially in high-stakes meetings—I lose that edge.

Not because I don’t know English, but because I never get feedback on how I actually sound.

Most tools are built for beginners. I needed something built for professionals—something that could tell me:

– Am I speaking too fast?

– Using too many filler words?

– Sounding unsure when I’m not?

So I built PitchMirror.

What it does:

🎙️ Upload an audio file or paste a meeting link

🧠 AI transcribes and analyzes tone, filler words, pace, and pauses

📊 Generates a confidence score and friendly improvement tips

📈 Gives a clear scorecard designed to motivate, not shame

Who it’s for:

  • Job seekers preparing for interviews

  • Founders refining their pitch

  • Professionals improving meeting presence

  • ESL speakers aiming to sound more fluent

🛠️ I’m going live on June 1st, but I’m opening it up for early supporters.

If you’ve ever wanted to improve how you communicate—not just what you say, but how you say it—I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Let’s build this in public!

Would love your feedback, questions, or ideas 👇

Love the concept, Sourav! PitchMirror hits a real gap. Most tools are either too basic or not built with professionals in mind. The focus on how we sound, not just what we say, is so important. Excited to see this go live - all the best!
