I’m building Plavtora but I’m trying to solve a bigger problem than “AI startup advice”

Most AI tools can give you ideas, generate a plan, or analyze your startup.

The problem is what happens after that.

You make a decision → gather new evidence → something changes → your original plan is no longer valid.

That’s what I’m trying to build with Plavtora.

It’s an AI startup execution system that keeps track of your startup’s:

  • Objectives

  • Decisions

  • Beliefs

  • Evidence

  • Risks

  • Current state

Instead of giving you another static startup report, the goal is to help you continuously answer:

“Given what has changed, what should I do next?”

I’ve already built the MVP and have people using it, but I’m still very early.

I’d especially like feedback from founders who have actually built/launched something:

What’s the biggest decision you repeatedly struggle with while building your startup?

I’m interested in the problem, not just feedback on the product.

If you want to see what I’m building: Plavtora is here: https://plavtora.com

Biggest recurring decision for me: whether a new piece of external evidence (pricing change, competitor capability, customer objection) actually invalidates a belief we wrote down last month — or is just noise. Static plans die when the evidence stream is ad-hoc. The hard part is not generating the next plan; it is keeping Objectives / Beliefs / Evidence in the same place so "what changed" is visible before you rewrite strategy. How are you deciding which evidence is material enough to reopen a decision vs. just log and move on?
