Especially the elderly, non-tech-savvy users, and those in developing countries. I’ve seen friends and family nearly fall victim to sophisticated scam messages, and I got tired of how easy it is for scammers to succeed with almost zero resistance.
The strongest signal here isn’t the AI detection layer—it’s the focus on vulnerability rather than sophistication. Most scam tools optimize for “better detection,” but the real impact is earlier: helping non-technical users make safer decisions in real time before they even interpret the message.
That shift—from detection to prevention at the point of confusion—is where this could become meaningfully different.
