I’m building ScamDetector: AI that analyzes scam messages & psychological manipulation

I’m currently building something called ScamDetector which is a tool that analyzes suspicious messages and links to identify scam patterns and psychological manipulation.

The reason I started this is simple: modern scams don’t just look fake anymore. We know they pressure, guilt, rush, and emotionally corner people into bad decisions. I wanted to create something that doesn’t just say “this might be a scam,” but explains WHY.

Current features:

- Scam risk scoring for text messages

- Detection of emotional manipulation tactics

- Link analysis for suspicious domains

- Pattern breakdown to help users understand the threat

This is still early-stage and pre-revenue, so I’m not here to sell. I want honest feedback:

- Is the concept clear?

- Does the output make sense?

- What feels confusing or weak?

- What would you actually want this to do?
