I’m building Visitqo — simple website analytics with a visual DataCity for your website

Visitqo is a lightweight analytics platform for founders and website owners who want simple, useful insights.

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I’ve been building Visitqo — a simple website analytics platform for founders, indie hackers, makers, and anyone running a website.

The idea started with a simple question:

What if website analytics could be useful, lightweight, and actually enjoyable to look at?

Most analytics tools give you a huge amount of data, which is powerful, but sometimes you just want to quickly understand:

  • Who is visiting my website?

  • Where are visitors coming from?

  • Which pages are getting attention?

  • What is happening on my website right now?

  • Is my website actually growing?

That’s what I’m trying to solve with Visitqo.

📊 What Visitqo currently offers

Real-time Analytics

See what's happening on your website right now.

Visitqo includes Data Radar, a real-time view that helps you see live visitor activity as it happens.

📈 Website Traffic Analytics

Track your website's traffic and understand how your audience is growing over time.

You can monitor things like:

  • Visitors

  • Page views

  • Traffic trends

  • Sessions

  • Popular pages

  • Visitor activity

🌍 Visitor Insights

Understand where your visitors are coming from and get a clearer picture of your audience.

📄 Page Analytics

See which pages are attracting attention and which parts of your website people are actually visiting.

🖱️ Click Tracking

Understand what visitors are interacting with instead of only looking at page-view numbers.

👀 Impression Analytics

Track impressions to understand how often different parts of your website are being viewed.

🏙️ DataCity — turning analytics into something visual

This is probably the feature I’m most excited about.

I wanted to make website growth feel less like staring at spreadsheets and more like watching something grow.

So I created DataCity.

Your website becomes a digital city.

As your website gets more activity, your city grows.

Instead of only seeing:

1,245 visitors
3,421 page views

you can visually see your website developing into a living city.

It's still analytics underneath — but presented in a way that's easier and more fun to understand.

📡 Data Radar

Another feature I’m building around real-time activity is Data Radar.

It gives you a quick view of what's happening on your website right now.

The goal is simple:

Open Visitqo → look at the radar → immediately understand whether people are currently interacting with your website.

🎯 Who is Visitqo for?

Visitqo is primarily designed for:

  • Indie hackers

  • SaaS founders

  • Product builders

  • Startup founders

  • Freelancers

  • Developers

  • Bloggers

  • Website owners

  • Small businesses

  • Anyone who wants simple website analytics

⚡ Why I'm building it

I don't want Visitqo to compete by simply becoming another giant analytics dashboard with hundreds of reports.

The direction I'm taking is:

Simple analytics + useful insights + a more visual experience.

Tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are much broader platforms with many advanced capabilities.

Visitqo is intentionally more focused.

I want someone to be able to add Visitqo to their website and quickly understand what's happening without spending hours configuring dashboards.

🚀 What's next?

I'm still actively building and improving Visitqo.

Some of the things I'm working toward include:

  • Better real-time analytics

  • More visitor insights

  • More visualizations

  • Improved DataCity

  • Better website growth tracking

  • More useful analytics dashboards

  • More integrations

  • Better reporting

And most importantly, I'm listening to early users.

🙌 I'd love your feedback

If you're an indie hacker, founder, developer, or website owner, I'd love for you to try Visitqo and tell me:

What analytics do you actually care about?

What do you wish your current analytics tool showed you?

And what would make you switch to a simpler analytics platform?

👉 Try Visitqo: https://visitqo.online

I'd love to have more websites join DataCity and see how this little experiment grows. 🏙️

Thanks for reading — and thanks to everyone who gives Visitqo a try. 🚀
