I’m experimenting with a very simple Stop–Look–Go mindfulness idea — would love your thoughts

I’m experimenting with a small app idea called MindfulWhere 🌱
The idea is very simple: Stop – Look – Go.
When life feels rushed, you pause for a few seconds, notice where you are and how you’re feeling, then continue on.
This is a mock-up of the basic flow (just 3 screens).
I’d really love to hear your thoughts:
👉 Does this feel natural to you?
👉 Are there moments in your day when you’d actually use something like this?
Any feedback is very appreciated 🙏

Interesting concept. The simplicity is what makes it appealing.

"Stop, Look, Go" feels easy to remember and practical enough to use in real-life moments when people are stressed, distracted, or reacting automatically. Sometimes the best mindfulness tools are the ones that require the least effort to recall.

I'd be curious to hear how you're testing it and what kind of user feedback you're seeing so far.
