I’m researching AI SaaS opportunities. Which problem is worth solving?

I’ve been tracking AI products, developer discussions, and SaaS trends.

Some areas seem interesting:

  1. AI Agent Memory
Agents lose context and developers repeat explanations.

  2. AI Agent Observability
Teams need better visibility into AI cost and performance.

  3. AI Workflow Automation
Many companies still have repetitive manual processes.

  4. AI Infrastructure
Agents need better testing and reliability.

  5. AI Search Optimization
Companies will need visibility in AI answers.

But I want to hear from builders:

Which AI problem do you think is actually painful enough to pay for?

What are you struggling with today?

One thing I've noticed is that the strongest AI businesses often don't start with "which category should I build in?"

They start with a workflow where people have already accepted a painful compromise. The AI usually succeeds because it removes that compromise, not because it's in a fast-growing category.

Great point. I agree that category-first thinking is often misleading.

I'm actually exploring this from another angle: AI founders are spending hours manually scanning Product Hunt, GitHub, Reddit, and communities to find emerging opportunities.

The question I'm testing is whether AI can turn this research workflow into an intelligence layer for builders.

Still validating if this is a real pain or just a "nice to have".

I appreciate you taking the time to explain your thinking.

I'd be interested in continuing the conversation by email if you're open to it. What's the best email to reach you on?
