Hey, I can't tell you haven't learn the basics of marketing in the first line of your post, when it says "every content creator, founder, and marketer secretly wants". No, it doesn't work like that.
If you think that "the market is begging for this kind of tool," don't sell it. Find a partner, give 75% of profits, and keep the 25% and ownership. Why would you give away a tool the market is "begging for"?
Go ahead and list this tool on Flippa or those kinds of markets. The price is around 300 ~ 500 USD. It's extremely easy to make a tool like this nowadays. The hard part is marketing and selling it. You've just found out. Good luck!

Search on IndieHackers or even YouTube, or Google about marketing a SaaS. There are a lot of ways, and it depends on how much money (or no money at all) you want to spend and how much you want to get into it. Ask ChatGPT and you'll enter a very interesting conversation. Don't ask in just a few words. Explain the complete situation (you are not a marketer) and give as much as details as you can about your tool.
