I’m trying to decide who to build Padro for first.

I’m building Padro so creators and experts can monetize what they know through an AI twin their audience can pay to use.

I’m torn between starting with exam prep providers and starting with creators who already sell courses or memberships.

For exam prep, I can picture a student asking questions while working through a course. For a creator with a paid community, the twin could help members get more out of everything they’ve already published.

Both sound useful to me, which is exactly why I need to pick one and test it properly.

If you were starting here, which group would you talk to first? And what would you ask them before building more?
