I’ve been working on a small project called Unjam, and I realized something frustrating.
Most tools or advice for stress feel… generic.
Like they tell you to “breathe” or “relax” when your brain is already spiraling.
But the actual problem is that your thoughts get tangled.
You’re thinking about everything at once:
deadlines
failure
being behind
expectations
And you can’t even figure out where to start.
So I started building Unjam to focus on that exact moment.
You write what’s stressing you out, and it tries to untangle it into something clearer and manageable.
Still improving it a lot because honestly, getting this right is harder than I expected.
