Hi everyone,
I've managed projects and personal goals using various apps over the years, and always felt frustrated by how they were either too complex (built for teams) or too simple (basic todo lists).
Since managing projects is something you do every day, I built something that actually helps you focus and make progress.
It's called GrowthProgram.
A few things that make it stand out:
Focus-First Design - The app helps you focus on what's important each day, rather than overwhelming you with endless tasks. I've tried to make progress visible and meaningful, not just a bunch of checkboxes.
Smart Progress Tracking - Projects automatically track progress based on completed tasks and sub-tasks.
Milestone Recognition - The system automatically recognizes and celebrates meaningful progress (hitting 25%, 50%, 75% completion, achieving streaks, reaching KPI targets).
Integrated Goals & Projects - You can set measurable goals with KPIs and break them down into actionable projects. Everything stays connected but organized.
Challenge System - Create personal challenges with streak tracking to build consistency in important areas or solve a problem you have been dealing with (it's important to keep your challenges known and make measurable progress)
Daily Focus Email - Get a clear view of what needs your attention today.
You can check out GrowthProgram here: https://growthprogram.app
If you end up trying it, I'd love any feedback!
Currently early access is invite-only while I scale things up, but you can request an invite on the website. Building this has genuinely helped me get more done (including this project!), and I hope it can help others do the same.
Note: GrowthProgram works best for individual high-achievers managing personal projects and goals. If you're looking for team/company project management, this is not the right tool.
Hey @Faisal,
This has definitely spiked my interest. I can definitely relate with your problem & proposition your offering–as someone who has dabbled with many productivity-orientated applications over the past couple years, I've have always left feeling frustrated and underwhelmed.
I would love to experiment, become an early-adopter of your app. My work as a product designer, so I know the importance of feedback, input from customers to help shape, fine-tune the solution to best the meet the needs of the users. So here's my email: [email protected] to get in contact with me, if you want to chat further. Cheers (:
