This is so relatable! I literally just launched my first iOS app called Pawly Health (a pet health tracker built with Firebase), and I'm facing that exact distribution wall right now.

My friends and family downloads dried up in 24 hours, and now I'm navigating the struggle of getting those first organic users. It feels like shouting into a void!
