reselling taught me a painful lesson: revenue is addictive, profit is real. fees + shipping + cost of goods quietly kill margins, and most trackers don’t make it obvious until you’re already burned.
so i built a simple google sheets system that tracks each item end-to-end and calculates true net profit per item. the goal is less mental load and faster decisions: what to source again, how to price, what to stop buying.
