I made a small Scope Guard kit for keeping projects from quietly expanding

Early build note: I put together Scope Guard, a lightweight kit for keeping a project’s edges visible before “one more thing” turns into a rewrite.

It’s intentionally simple: a practical way to name the outcome, capture non-goals, and make change requests explicit. No customers or usage numbers to share yet—I’m testing whether the format is useful enough to keep around.
