I made a thing! Now what?

Any ideas on how I can grow this unique design/dev tool I made?

Right now, I'm getting about around 10-60 unique views with an average time on site just under 1.5 minutes.

Some background:
I'm an artist at heart and a web developer by day, so I made a unique "luminance-based" color palette generator for developers who don't know (or care to know) much about color. It allows you to design in grayscale so you get the contrasts just right and then easily throw in some color without messing up your contrast.

P.S. This is my first post on IH. I'm excited to join in.

    I can't tell you how many times I have searched for a similar product!

    1. Definetely put a focus on search engine optimization. Educate me all about color.
    2. Considering doing a browser plugin. I use this one at least 5x per week: http://eye-dropper.kepi.cz/
    3. Jump into design and website building (ie.Wordpress) groups on Facebook, IH (of course)
    4. Answer questions on Quora that are related to design
    5. Do a demo video. Show what color can do to a website or better yet conversion.
    6. Partner up with complimentary products and bundle your offerings.
    7. Pitch podcasts that are relevant and get interviewed.
    8. Look for relevant newsletters and pitch the editor to include your tool (without sponsorship)

    Just a few things that came to mind. Hope that helps. Hit me up if you have specific questions.

    • Post it on HackerNews
    • Post it on ProductHunt
    • If it's a web-based-generator tool for color, there are prob a lot of searches on Google for it
    • Post it on design communities (like Dribbble)
    • Make it more viral by adding a 'before/after' version (analyze an existing web-page and give suggestions, maybe even change the page colors in real time to make them pretty)

      I fixed the bug... and the homepage was definitely an MVP ;)

      I also added other CSS exports so it wouldn't be ONLY a "Tailwind" tool. I'd like more than just the tailwind community to join in—even though it's my personal fav ;)
