I work in a small company as a software developer. Since most of our projects are handled by just 1-2 devs, I constantly get bombarded with questions from the implementation/support team - stuff about how the app works, configs, errors, parameters, you name it.
I’ve tried creating docs and FAQs in Notion, internal Wiki, but in the end no one really uses them. The excuse is always something like “I looked but couldn’t find it” and the questions still end up in calls or long message threads anyway.
So I built a tool where you can dump all your internal docs, API references, workflows, etc., and an LLM answers any questions based on that knowledge. The idea is that I can update the content anytime I want without having to re-upload files or anything.
I’ve been using it for about 2 months now, and it saves me roughly 3-5 hours a week. I barely get any repeated questions anymore. People still ping me sometimes, sure - but it happens way less often now.
I’ve also used it for board games, books and personal notes but the best use case so far has been at work.
I ended up calling it unsolomind.com
What do you think? I’d love to hear any feedback
