I make programming screencasts from an indie-hacker perspective.

hey indie-hackers

I'm a (self-taught) programmer/entrepreneur and I've lived independently off a web app of my creation for the last decade (Oxbridge Notes).

Lately I recorded 15-ish screencasts showing behind the scenes, how you fit all the pieces together to go from a "lump of code" to operating a small software business.

I'd say it's the intersection of marketing and programming (with a little bit of vim in there because fanboy):

  • Instead of toy fizzBuzz, the code on screen show does things like generate thousands of pages of content for SEO, test the analytics/conversion tracking code, or choose which discounts to email customers in a profit-maximizing way.
  • I focus on coding practices that stabilize your code (testing, monitoring, etc.) so that you spend less time fire-fighting and more time marketing your business.

They're currently completely free
