I’ve learned enough tech to lunch and test product MVPs quickly. Then, learned how attract and grow a user base. It is now becoming quite hard for me to manage it all alone. I am now trying to learn how to hire good people to delegate some of the tasks but I have little experience on attracting good talents. Can someone please share any good practical resources on this topic?
