Hey indie hackers! I'm working on an AI-based product management app called Luna. Looking for feedback to improve it. Join the beta now. #productmanagement #AI #startup

Sure, I'd be happy to provide feedback on your no-code app! Could you please share more details about your app, such as what it does, who it's for, and what your goals are for the app? Additionally, please provide a link or access to the app so I can take a look and provide specific feedback.

    1. 1

And I have added some additional questions here:

      • what is the added value of your product? (so we can evaluate if the app accomplishes that)
      • why is your app different compared with current solutions on the market? (Notion with AI right now is a good competitor)
      1. 2

Thanks for your concern! At the finish line, our goal is to have a product that can capture tasks discussed in virtual meetings with a single keyword trigger and add them to the task list. Now, step by step we are trying to make the product smarter. If you have any other questions or requests, please let me know.

I understood the idea by looking at the previous comments. that is really cool. but there is a little bit of confusion by looking at the App UI, and understanding about the app.

Honestly, I also have the same issue for my products. just improve UI/UX that would really nice project.

    1. 1

Thanks! I will work on UI/UX. I am very curious about your product, I will go and check it out.

Nice UI, but you could improve your landing page with some images.

    1. 1

Thanks for feedback Gabriel! I'm getting it right now

I had a hard time seeing what you were writing on the hero image / video. maybe zoom in so you can see the words better?

    1. 1

Thanks for the feedback! I have prepared an update package to improve the UI and strengthen the AI, it will be released soon.

Love the UI but the page load time is quite high. You could improve on that

    UI very nice....

Thanks! Have you had the opportunity to try out the product? I'm building it publicly, and this is just the beginning, which is why feedback is critical to me. The product's journey will be determined by it.

There has been a significant shift of productivity tools from Desktop to mobile. In fact, a friend of mine runs zeta.io and they also see this clear trend.

I tried to use it on mobile and it was quite confusing and broken but I'm sure you'll fix it.

I am considering developing an iOS and Android app for phones in the near future, but for now, we are using a PWA temporarily, and yes unfortunately does not function very well :(

      1. 1

Also I clicked to zeta.io but domain is not working

First Task "Setting up Wordpress", second keyword "GTM", third "GA4".
Expect that is get's the context about the task set up before but for the second it was "check gtm setup" and third "do analysis of ga4 metrics".
Should be all setup / installation tasks in this case.

Thanks for bringing this up! I am currently working on improving the recognition of the parent task for the task entered in v2 and interpreting it accordingly.

Hello, I'm a Product Manager who has scaled products from 0 to 1, so I think I might be able to help. I'll also try to give some options where possible.

The questions I've posed here are to just flex your thinking muscles - I didn't want to give direct answers because I wanted to clarify my thought process. This is also a product review of the landing page only as I think it can be optimized more.

    I. Value Proposition:

    1. Let's imagine a user coming in, it's super catchy to see that we can use AI to write tasks! You've mentioned 4 key features as well so the user knows how the product works. However, why would they switch? You need to lead the horse to the water.
1.1 Some ways you can do this:
    • Add some specific use-cases like the one you mentioned (eg: in a meeting? quickly jot down, etc etc)
    • Zoom in on the example you're giving, it's not clear
    • Give a more fleshed out example on your video, this one seems rather futile (customer can understand 10 blog posts and 'write 10 blog posts' => so why would they care?) So maybe add something that creates an 'Aha' moment.
    1. Why would I sign up and give you my mail email ID when I don't know what I'll get from it? I think the 'sign up' is too far up in the cycle. Consider letting users try before asking them to sign up.

    UX and copy

    1. It looks very different from competing task management apps, so you're visual identity would be a plus in making it memorable. However, not all pages have the same. Update all sub-pages to include the same colours.
    2. Avoid moving the button 'Try for free'. Your website is very professional, yet the button animation is more playful. Nothing wrong with that, but an industry best practice is to stick to one brand identity. (You can google it for more, but it's not necessary to do a deep dive into this!)
    3. Rename 'How to install' to 'Downloads' or something else. Install is very tech-specific and makes users think it's complex. Downloads is more user-specific. It's also a bit relevant to include the fact that you can use it via WebApp.

    Pricing

    1. If AI is the sell here, why is it not available in the 'Free' version? The 'Free' version you're offering is something people can get from any other task management app - so when we're the disruptor, we must get to it first.
1.1 Consider adding atleast a few AI tasks to free (like 50 or 100, etc)
    2. Please do reframe the way you think about the 'value add'. Sure, I care about nesting tasks, etc, but most importantly, I want to know how many tasks I'll have! Even if you don't end up taking the route (1), I think it would help to reflect on this.
    3. Is there a reason you're focused on teams / enterprise? Why would these features add extra value to them? => Perhaps you can revisit (1) from the 'Value Proposition'.

I hope this was helpful. You've done a great job building something - I'm confident you will keep shooting bigger and bigger. :)

P.S.: Let me know what you think!
